Our steaks are cut to our specifications for consistency and aged a minimum of 21 days for flavor and tenderness. We choose them from the top 2% of the humanely raised, “1881 Hereford” brand. We proudly serve steaks raised on ranches throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska, a region sometimes referred to as the “Napa Valley of Beef.” May we suggest you would enjoy pairing our steaks with the “1881” Napa Cabernet wine, which rated a high score of 90 points by Wine Spectator Magazine.” A perfect match!
